Hack Into Your Wedding Day Décor

Rent the right furniture.

destination wedding photographerIf the wedding venue that you are planning to book for the ceremony and the reception doesn’t really fit in well with the type of theme that you are trying to go for in the wedding that you have been envisioning so far, then you should go ahead and make sure that you get that taken care of. You don’t have to make do with the furniture that the wedding venue comes with. You can always get something else. Rent that stuff out for a discounted rate and end up with furniture that turns out to be just the perfect fit for everything that you have been planning out for your wedding day so far so try to see if you can get that taken into account and try to do your best while you are at it. Your destination wedding photographer will be able to capitalize better on the fact that you have all of the right elements included in the wedding venue in the first place.

Bad floors? Roll in some new carpet.

If you don’t have that kind of budget, then at least keep a hanging focal point. This will take the attention away from the floors. It all depends on how far you are willing to go when it comes to things like this and how adamant and focused you are in what you are trying to accomplish to get the kind of look and vibe that you are gunning for in the wedding that you have been planning out so far. Giving the place a different focal area or point will make things come out better because it means that you wouldn’t have to spend out for something as expensive as new carpets in the first place.

Bad walls? Go for a moving wallpaper.

You can set up a projector and have a moving wallpaper that will portray a slideshow of the different engagement photos that your destination wedding photographer shot for you so far. Think about it. It is convenient and fairly easy to set up. You don’t have to be a tech whiz to get this done all by yourself. With a little bit of powerpoint and some background music incorporated somewhere in the background of the presentation, you will pretty much be all set and your guests will be amazed with what they will end up seeing somewhere along the way. It also tends to fit in well with what your destination wedding photographer is trying to compose for your wedding shots at the end of the day. You wouldn’t want them to be a bit of an eyesore. You want everything to be amazing and eye catching as much as possible.

Bad drapes don’t have to be unsolvable.

You can simply cover them with a cheap but rich fabric and no one will even notice the difference or that anything is amiss in the first place. Always color coordinate your drapes as much as possible. It just ties in the wedding theme better at the end of the day.
